Two ways to order

Most group orders fall apart in the same place: collecting sizes and money from thirty people in a group chat. Pick the model that fits how your group actually works.

Private Group Store

We build your group its own private online store and send you one link. Everyone picks their own size and colour and pays for their own shirt. You collect nothing, chase nobody, and front no money. We close the store on your cutoff date and deliver the whole order together.

Best for reunions, conventions, and any group where people pay their own way.

Simple & fast

Bulk Order

You tell us the sizes and quantities, we send one quote and one invoice, and the finished order ships or gets picked up in one go. A 50% deposit starts production; the balance is due before delivery.

Two weeks is measured from the day artwork and sizes are both approved — not from the day you first get in touch. Larger orders and outsourced items such as embroidery may need longer; we will tell you the real date in your quote, before you commit to anything.

What we make

Apparel — t-shirts, long sleeves, hoodies and sweatshirts, polos, youth and toddler sizes, infant onesies. Accessories — tote bags, koozies, drinkware decals, banners and signs. Also quotable — hats, embroidery, and speciality items; these are sourced through our partners, so ask and we will price them for you.

Pricing

Every group order is quoted, because the garment, the print size, and the quantity all move the number. These are honest starting points for a standard one-colour-area design:

Extended sizes cost more because the blank garments genuinely cost more — we pass through the difference rather than raising everyone's price to hide it.

How it works

Tell us about your event. Fill in the form below. The more you know about dates and headcount, the tighter the quote.
We quote and mock it up. You get pricing and a visual of the design on the actual garment before anything is printed.
You approve. Bulk orders pay the 50% deposit; group stores go live and we send you the link to share.
We print and deliver. Ship to one address, or free group pickup locally.

Artwork & design

Send us what you have. A finished print-ready file is ideal, but a sketch, a photo, or just a description of what you want is enough to get started.

Laying your design out is free. Arranging your text, setting the family name and year, placing a logo you already own — that is part of the order, at no extra cost.

Drawing something from scratch is design work, and it is quoted. Original illustration, a custom mascot, hand-lettering — usually $75 to $150 depending on how involved it is. Two things make that easy to say yes to: the fee is credited back against your order when you go ahead, and it is waived completely on orders of 24 or more. Two rounds of revisions are included, and we will always tell you before anything extra is charged.

Artwork we draw from scratch stays ours, licensed to you for your order. On a yearly event that works in your favour — come back next year and the design is already done, with no design cost at all. If you would rather own the file outright, just ask and we will price it.

One thing to know about logos. School, college, professional team, company and character logos are usually protected trademarks, and we can only print them with the right permission or licence. If your design involves one, tell us in the form and we will sort out what is possible before anyone spends money on artwork. There is almost always a way to capture the spirit of an event without the trademark.

Delivery & pickup

We ship anywhere in the US. For local groups we offer a free group pickup — the whole order handed over at one arranged time and place, at no delivery cost to your group. Pickup details are arranged with you directly once your order is confirmed.
