These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GuiltyDTFs website, storefront, and custom DTF (direct-to-film) gang sheet printing services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by MaisenRayne Holdings, LLC, doing business as GuiltyDTFs (“GuiltyDTFs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who May Use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Description of Services

GuiltyDTFs provides custom, print-on-demand DTF gang sheets and related products based on artwork and print files uploaded by customers. Products are produced to order and are not stocked inventory.

3. Your Content and Uploaded Artwork

3.1 Your responsibility. When you upload artwork, images, designs, logos, or other content (“Customer Content”) for printing, you are solely responsible for that content and for ensuring it is print-ready. See our Refund Policy for how file quality affects eligibility for reprints or refunds.

3.2 Ownership and license. You retain ownership of your Customer Content. By uploading it, you grant GuiltyDTFs a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce, print, and process that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

3.3 Your warranty. By submitting Customer Content, you represent and warrant that:

You own the content, or you have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use, reproduce, and have it printed;
Printing and delivering the content to you will not infringe or violate any third party’s copyright, trademark, right of publicity, privacy right, or other intellectual property or legal right; and
The content does not violate any applicable law.

3.4 Indemnification for uploaded content. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GuiltyDTFs and its owners, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to Customer Content you submit, including claims that the content infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights.

3.5 Prohibited content. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order, at our sole discretion and at any stage of production, if the submitted content:

Infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right (including unlicensed use of characters, logos, or brands you do not own or have rights to);
Is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit;
Depicts or promotes child sexual abuse material in any form;
Promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics;
Is otherwise unlawful, defamatory, or violates the rights of any third party.

We are not obligated to actively screen every file, but reserve full discretion to reject content that appears to violate this section, and no refund is guaranteed for orders rejected under this section if the violation is on the customer’s part.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice until an order is placed.
Payment is due in full at the time of order. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions; we do not store full payment card details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or content issues described in Section 3.5. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund for the cancelled portion.
Once an order enters production, it generally cannot be modified or cancelled. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and reprint/refund terms.

5. Shipping

Estimated production and delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Refunds and Reprints

All sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property (GuiltyDTFs Content)

Apart from Customer Content, all content on the GuiltyDTFs website — including text, graphics, logos, and site design — is the property of MaisenRayne Holdings, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our site content without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, GuiltyDTFs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimer is prohibited by law. We do not warrant that colors displayed on your screen will exactly match the printed product.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MaisenRayne Holdings, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or any product purchased. In no event will our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your order exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
