Refund Policy

MaisenRayne Holdings, LLC d/b/a GuiltyDTFs Last updated: July 17, 2026

All Sales Are Final

Because every GuiltyDTFs order is custom-printed on demand from artwork you supply, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons of buyer’s remorse, sizing miscalculations, changed mind, or ordering the wrong product, quantity, or size.

The only exceptions are orders that arrive damaged or that contain a manufacturing/print defect caused by GuiltyDTFs, as defined below.

Your Artwork Is Your Responsibility

GuiltyDTFs prints the file exactly as you upload it. Because image quality on the final gang sheet is a direct result of the file you submit, we are not responsible for, and will not issue refunds or reprints for, quality issues that originate from your source file, including but not limited to:

  • Low resolution, pixelated, or blurry images (including images that looked fine on a screen but were not print-resolution, generally under 150–300 DPI at final print size)
  • Images upscaled beyond their native resolution
  • Incorrect color mode (e.g., RGB files that shift when converted to CMYK for print) or colors that appear different in print than they did on your monitor
  • Text or fine details too small to render clearly at the size ordered
  • Watermarks, compression artifacts, or backgrounds left in from stock/download sites
  • Files sized, cropped, or laid out incorrectly by the customer
  • Typos, spelling errors, or design mistakes present in the submitted file
  • Copyright, trademark, or licensing issues with content you upload (see Terms of Service)

We do not perform manual proofing, color-correction, or resolution upgrades unless you specifically request and pay for a design/proofing service. It is your responsibility to submit print-ready files. If you’re unsure whether your file meets print specifications, contact us before placing your order at hello@guiltydtfs.com and we’re happy to advise.

What Qualifies as Damaged or Defective

We will issue a free reprint or refund, at our discretion, for orders that meet one of the following:

  • Shipping damage: the gang sheet arrives torn, creased, crushed, or otherwise physically damaged in transit
  • Production defect: a printing error caused by GuiltyDTFs — such as visible banding, incorrect application of DTF film/adhesive, cracking, peeling, or ghosting that is not attributable to your source file, or an item printed incorrectly compared to the file and specifications you submitted (wrong size, wrong quantity, wrong material)
  • Wrong item shipped: you received a different order than the one you placed

How to File a Claim

To request a reprint or refund for a damaged or defective order:

  1. Email hello@guiltydtfs.com within 5 business days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos (or video, for adhesion/peeling issues) showing the damage or defect.
  3. Do not discard the item — we may ask you to have it available while we review your claim.

Claims submitted after 5 business days, or without photo/video evidence, may not be eligible.

Resolution

If a claim is approved, GuiltyDTFs will, at our discretion, either:

  • Reprint and reship the affected item(s) at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a refund or store credit for the affected item(s)

We do not offer cash refunds for partial defects on a multi-image gang sheet where the remainder of the sheet is unaffected and usable; in those cases we will typically reprint or credit the affected portion.

Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests can only be honored if your order has not yet entered production. Contact us immediately at hello@guiltydtfs.com if you need to cancel — we cannot guarantee cancellation once printing has started.

Questions

If you’re unsure whether your issue qualifies, email hello@guiltydtfs.com with your order number and photos and we’ll take a look.
